ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Dr. Rashmi Menon – Medical Doctor and councillor
Dr. Rashmi Menon is a medical doctor and councillor with over 18 years of clinical practice in holistic healing. She helps her patients reverse their lifestyle diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, and heart issues, bone problems, endocrine disorders, menstrual problems, kidney ailments, autoimmune disorders using lifestyle modifications and mind-body reconnection. The biggest breakthrough for her was when three of her patients healed themselves of different kinds of cancer, without undergoing chemo, radiation or any medication.
Nandini Gulati – Mind Body Health Coach
Nandini is a health coach, public speaker and corporate trainer with a unique approach to healthy living. She integrates the natural wisdom of the body with the latest scientific findings of nutrition and lifestyle. Her personal struggle with weight and health issues took her on a remarkable journey of self-discovery. By making lifestyle changes, she reversed her hypertension, pre-diabetes and effortlessly shed excess weight. She is the co-author of Guilt-free Vegan Cookbook.
Bhavna Kapoor – Holistic Health Coach
Bhavna Kapoor is a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Newyork. She has 29 years of training in Iyengar Yoga and is deeply devoted to the study and practice of healing through the elements of nature.
Bhavna’s personal experience of curing chronic sinus, gastric problems and borderline piles through shifts in diet and lifestyle gave her a clear mission – to Make Healthy Living Simple. She has an online cooking show ‘Healthy Vegan Cooking’ on on #Famefoods Youtube.

We welcome children at this retreat as we firmly believe they are closest to nature and we have a lot of learn from them. Please make sure that children below the age of 12 are accompanied by at least 2 adults. Do inform us while booking if children are coming.

ABOUT THE RESORT –
Tucked into a quite nook in Awas, a stone’s through from Kihim is Mango Beach House, a serene boutique property surrounded with coconut plantations. The property boasts just a few large, well ventilated rooms that overlook fields on one side and a private pool on the other.

HOW TO GET THERE (From Mumbai) –
- Ferry. Take a ferry to Mandwa from Gateway. The last ferry leaves at about 6.30 pm and drops you at Mandwa in approximately 1 hour. From Mandwa, hop onto an auto and and you will be at Awas in 10- 15 minutes.
- Road. Drive down from Mumbai to Panvel, crossing the Panvel creek, past Pen, Vadhkal and Kankeshwar. From here, take the road going to Kihim. Drive past Kihim to Awas. It should take approximately 4 hours.
