Nurture – A Unique Retreat in the Himalayas
April 7, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - April 13, 2018 @ 10:00 am
Here’s your chance to learn the way to True Health and vitality in the sacred presence of the Shivalik Himalayas.
Wake up to the warmth of the post-winter Sun & chirping of the alpine birds. Start your day with a refreshing walk up those hidden goat paths and watch your breath become effortless. The crisp mountain air, infused with fragrance of cedar and pine, makes each cell in your body pulsate with life.
Enjoy interactive workshops with experts that awaken the mind and body alike. Enjoy nourishing plant based food that tastes delicious and feels even better in your body.
Reward yourself with a relaxing session at the spa. Stroll through the cobbled lanes of the Kasauli Bazaar and watch the Sun paint the mountains in infinitely changing hues. End your day with some meditation or a bonfire and some light hearted conversations.
A proven approach to healthy living, Nurture can be your key to a remarkable transformation! We invite you to join us and experience what a celebration life can be when you enjoy true health and vitality!
The retreat will be held at the Baikunth Resort in Kasauli, a small hill town in Himachal Pradesh. Kasauli is home to colonial-era houses, orchards and green-roofed churches. April marks the perfect time to be here. The severe winters have just stepped out, leaving the distant peaks shimmering white.
Sit with the locals and they might share with you bits of a local folklore. These mountains are home to stories from beyond time, stories as humbling as their presence and as mysterious as their origins.
The Baikunth resort is a haven of tranquillity amidst five acres of pristine pine forests. The only sounds to be heard are the soft rustling of the trees and the distant calls of the birds. The resort offers comfort and luxury in the very lap of nature. Each room & cottage has its own private balcony or courtyard with a spectacular view of the valley and the Kasauli hills.
Valleys that are invigorating, food that is nourishing and conversations that are stirring – this is as close as it gets to the idea of ‘a good life’.
