At Health Nut Cooking workshops, the focus is not just on the recipe, but to expand the creative potential of participants and get them used to working freely with healthy, whole plant based ingredients. Workshops are followed by food planning exercises to ensure that the workshop becomes a starting point for permanent healthier lifestyle changes.

Bhavna Kapoor is a Holistic Health Coach and a therapeutic Chef specializing in plant based nutrition from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York.
